The rapid population growth in urban cities has mushroomed the housing business, including city of South Tangerang. As a buffer for capital city, Tangerang is an option communities to live/settle. This opportunity businesses be able take advantage this by offering profitable consumers, such as strategic locations (close proximity and access adequate mobility). In line with explanation, purpose study determine consumer buying interest based on location considerations. object research Vinus 88 Residences which was built PT Multi Sarana Satria. subjects are consumers who have bought house, totaling 100 respondents. conducted primarily distributing questionnaires. Because uses quantitative approach, data collected will processed using statistical regression techniques through SPSS application. results show that factor priority communities. motivated considerations work or distance from home workplace.
